Here are examples of proof allowing us to confirm your relationship with the artist(s) you have selected. Your personal documents are used for identification purposes only and their use complies with our privacy policy.

1. Official Statement

An official statement including the artist's name from a recognized rights collection company is the fastest way to verify your identity. Examples include statements from:

2. Contract

A contract identified and signed by the artist and yourself serves as proof. Acceptable contracts include:

• Artist contracts
• Publishing contracts
• License agreements
• Management contracts

3. Social Networks

Facebook / Instagram / Twitter: Screenshots of administrator accounts for official artist pages validate your connection.

Other platforms: Any screenshot showing your name or email associated with the artist's official profile works.

4. Artist's Website

Contact section: Email address screenshots from the artist's contact page serve as proof.

Record label / Management: Screenshots showing your label's name on official artist pages confirm your relationship.

5. Other

The above examples are there to give you an idea of what we are looking for in order to validate your relationship with the artist. But this is not an exhaustive list. Providing comprehensive documentation strengthens your application.
